After hearing NO, the salesperson makes one of his biggest mistakes, which leads to failure in closing the deal. JUST finding and fixing this mistake increases sales by 80%.

And while trying to deal with this NO, the prospect is already thinking of his second objection, and so the marketer loses more and more control of the communication and the opportunity to create a customer and a sale.
