Our Founder

IDEAS Intl. was created by Marc J. de Turck in 1994.
Marc J. de Turck is born in Brussels on 05/02/1962. Already at an early age, Marc wanted to become an advisor to leaders and entrepreneurs. He graduated in 1986 with a master’s degree in Business Economics at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium.
He started his career with Arthur Andersen Consulting in 1986. In 1989 he was an organizational advisor to top politicians and government officials in Belgium. As such he gave advise to different Belgian institutions with regards to strategic and organizational issues.
In 1994 he discovered the spiritual works of Mr. L. Ron Hubard and the Hubbard Management System© and became a certified consultant-trainer. Marc trained and coached more than 30 000 managers in 20 countries.
Having studied many managerial systems before, he considered this system as the MOST ADVANCED and MOST COMPLETE management system he knew of. Hence very soon after having been certified Hubbard Consultant©, he founded his own practice in training and coaching based on this system in 1994, called IDEAS. IDEAS incorporated in 1999 and has today different Associates throughout Europe.IDEAS included on the international day of the boss, in 2006, the FreeBoss program and became IDEAS FreeBoss.

Marc is happily married to Monique De Clerck.
They have a daughter Alice and grandson Matheo.
Marc and Monique are socially active in helping their community with drug prevention and rehabilitation as well as with personal and family counseling
