A digitally secured file with non-personalized mails which we use regularly to send invitations for seminars and which is kept by us for an indefinite time, unless agreed otherwise.
A secured CRM database in which we keep the following data:name, family name, title, company, telephone, email and a history of our commercial relation.This file is kept as long as our company is active.
A secured non-personalized test database file only with CODES which are not linked to your person.
A secured paper file of the coaching, consulting and training services delivered to our clients which is kept in a locked place.
We assure you that we do not divulge any of your personal information to third parties unless clear agreement was given from your side.
You have the right to correct the data we keep or to be forgotten.
Following the regulation we use your personal data to be able to contact you for our future collaboration and we keep it for unlimited time, unless otherwise agreed.
