What communication and negotiation really mean?

Dear Friends,
Communication is a tool we use every day, every hour, sometimes even every minute (there are people who communicate with themselves).

Have you ever considered, whether someone has ever explained to you what communication really means and how to use this tool to improve the quality of your relationship with others – both personal and professional?
