Welcome to the last edition of the year! December is the month of reckoning. It’s time for the final sprint.

When we approach the finish line of a year, it’s natural to slow down the pace. But right now, in these final weeks, lies the greatest energy. Think about it: What is that little thing that can change your result from “good” to “excellent”? Which one meeting, one call, or one decision can catapult you into the new year with new momentum?

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve achieved 100% of your goals or only 50%. What matters is how you’ll use the remaining time. Don’t wait for January 1st to start. Start now! Use December as a springboard – clean up, finish the unfinished, give thanks, delegate, and take that bold action you never had time for. Because if you finish strong, you’ll start even stronger.

Steps for turning dreams into an action plan

Step 1: Review and something more (The lessons of 2025)

Take a sheet of paper and divide it into three columns:

• ACHIEVEMENTS: Every victory, big or small.
• FAILURES (Lessons): Everything that didn’t work out.
• THE REASON: Why did it happen? (without emotions, rumors and biases, but find the real “WHY” absolutely objectively). What did you do or you did not do, but you had to do it?

The key is in the third column. Success leaves traces, and failure – invaluable lessons. Understand the system behind your results. What works and what needs to be removed? Everything you learned in 2025 is your strongest capital for 2026.

Step 2: Define the “end result” for 2026

We know that focusing on the process without a clear end result leads to demotivation. Forget vague goals like “I want to be more successful” or “to earn more.”

Name the Result: The end result must be measurable and in a final state.

• Not: “To write more.”
• Yes: “To complete the first draft of my book by October 31, 2026.”

In harmony with dynamics (spheres of life): Make sure your End Result is in harmony with four key areas of your life:

• Personal: How do you want to feel? (Health, Energy, Skills)
• Family/Relationships: What contribution will you make? (Time, Quality of connection)
• Professional/Business: What will you achieve and how will it affect the business and team? (Revenue, Projects, Role)
• Social/Mission: What effect will you have on the world? (Giving)

When your end result is clear and harmonious, you automatically create energy and desire for action.

Step 3: Consistency

Every small victory is a step “Only Up.” Don’t underestimate the power of consistency. This is the secret of people who change their lives not on January 1st, but every day.
