Many managers complain about their employees, saying they are like robots. These employees only trigger when you order them.

A “robot” employee means an employee who runs away from responsibility and works only when he receives orders and tasks. There is no initiative in this type of staff.

There are several reasons that favor the creation of robot employees. On this subject, business consultant Mark De Turk delivered a seminar in January, explaining not only the reasons but also how to handle robots.

In this video, Mark reveals one of the reasons – fear. The mistake many managers are doing is to make robots worry more. Punishment is not a solution for this type of employee. The solution is the opposite – to show the robot that he should not be afraid of mistakes.
