In this video, the business troubleshooter Marc De Turck explains the truth about evaluating people.

He explains, that there are two extremes in evaluation –behaviorism(based on behavior like do they smile, how do they talk, are they modest, etc.) and results.

He says that if you want to have strong and motivated people in your company, you should evaluate them only on results.
