Module 2: “How to create a super-power sales team” will be held on March 1, 2019, and will provide the main tools through which:

  • Hire the right people for your sales team – results-oriented ones.

  • Ways to create self-motivation in each of your salespeople so they can maintain their speed and willingness to work

  • How to properly manage your sales team so your people can grow and grow

Module 3: “9 Secrets of Growing Sales” will be held on March 15, 2019, and will give you the key to success and long-term growth. We will basically talk about:

  • Precise steps (formulas) to turn any downward result into ascending, an uptrend

  • Formulas to boost every growing result, to bring it even higher

  • Specific measures (formulas) to ensure your company’s long-term survival and development
