Reason № 1 why your business does not prosper

I’m sure that after reading the title, many reasons come to your mind, some of which are money, employees, motivation. And they are all reasons causing contraction or stagnation of the company. But reason number one is something else.

Before I share it with you, I will give you a few truths:

Employees become anxious when one or more of these elements (goals, intentions, policies, plans, programs, orders, ideal scenes, statistics, valuable end products) were not in harmony with the others, or at least in group agreement;

Groups seem slow, inefficient, unhappy, inactive, or quarrelsome only when these elements are not arranged, made known, and coordinated;

With the appearance of unreality, non-communication, and non-affinity rise, hence that unreal things (disordered goals, intentions, policies, plans, programs, orders, ideal scenes, statistics, valuable end products) lead to disorders and dissatisfaction.

The only way a team can get stuck is and:

(a) be a difficult environment for integration;

(b) the separation from it to be completely impossible

is due to accidental and counter-intentions.

If you do not have specific results(concrete end product), measurements, ideal scenes, policies, and plans, it will be difficult to talk about effectiveness. All these elements are part of an organization and strategic planning of a company. The organization is the foundation of a stable business. That’s why the reason number one, for your company not to prosper, is a lack of a distinct and definite organization, which means also a lack of all the above elements.
