30 managers attended the evening lecture on how to create a blue ocean in the middle of a highly competitive market.
This evening lecture is an introduction on the full day seminar which will be held in Plovdiv on April 28th.
Both lecture and seminar are based on the works of Kim Chang “blue Ocean Strategy” and Faith Popcorn “trends of the future” and own real life experiences of Marc de Turck.
Marc started with positioning and went to how to think out of the box and create new markets based on value innovation and future trends.

The Association of Dental Managers of Bulgaria organizes its yearly summit. The Association is built around all managers in the dental industry (suppliers, stomatologists etc).
Apart from the Bulgarian speakers of AIMS and EXPERT, this year Marc de Turck was invited as guest speaker to open the conference with a session on communication and emotions in dental practices.
In 1 1/2 hour Marc gave some tips to look through the mask of people, to bring people up and to not go down. The success was big.
Different Dental clinics asked Marc to deliver training in their clinics.
